Why Participate?

Not only will you be capturing beautiful memories, but your contribution also directly supports McCoy Elementary. 25% of all proceeds go toward funding crucial programs, educational resources, and school improvements through the McCoy PTA.

Who can book?

This photo shoot is reserved exclusively for McCoy Elementary families. We want to make sure our school community gets the opportunity to participate and benefit from this event.

However, if you're not part of the McCoy family but are interested in booking a session, don’t worry! We’d love to capture your holiday memories too. Alternative sessions are available outside of this event—simply reach out for details, and we’ll be happy to set something up for you!

FAQ

Who Can Participate in Our Photos?

These sessions are meant for your immediate family, including parents and children of all ages! To keep things organized and ensure each family gets the best experience, we aren’t able to include extended family or friends in these sessions.

Can we choose our background?

Yes! I’ll have a festive holiday backdrop set up in the cafeteria, but if the weather cooperates, you’ll also have the option to step outside for some outdoor photos. You can choose one or both for your session, giving you the flexibility to capture different looks!

FAQ

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

You can expect to receive your beautifully edited photos within 3 weeks of your session. We’ll make sure they’re ready in plenty of time for you to use for holiday cards or gifts! If you have any special requests, just let us know.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Hello, I’m Cortney, the face behind Hey Darlin' Photography and proud McCoy parent! My son has been attending McCoy Elementary since Kindergarten, is now a 2nd Grader and loves every minute.

I’m excited to combine my passion for photography with the chance to support our school through this event. I’m thrilled to offer this special holiday photo shoot to our amazing school community and create lasting memories together while giving back to our school!
